How do I book a Party?
Please call a Party Princess Hostess, email us, or visit the castle for party bookings. We would love to show you the party area!
Is there a deposit?
A non-refundable $100.00 deposit is required for each party. That can be taken care of with a phone call or a visit to the castle. The deposit is applied to the cost of the party. The remaining balance is due at the end of the party.
What is the cancellation policy?
If a party is rescheduled, the deposit may be transferred. If the party is canceled, the deposit is non- refundable.
How many girls may attend?
We recommend the 8 or 12 guest package, for the best experience. However, we can accommodate smaller parties. Call for details.
Can boys attend?
Party Princess is designed for girls! We do not offer any entertainment geared for boys! Look for Party Prince coming soon!
What is the length of the party?
A party of 8 lasts 1 1/2 hours and up to 12, 2 hours. Extra Royal time may be purchased in 1/2 hour increments. Call for more details pertaining to smaller parties or single visits.
Must I stay at the party?
Parents are welcome to stay, however we will have hostesses to take care of every need. Parents can book our Pampered Parent Appointment in Salon Plaza, located on the second level of the studio.
Can siblings and/or parents watch?
We encourage only party participants to be present. Parents are welcome to watch, however space is limited.
May we bring our own food and drinks?
No outside food or drink are allowed. Cupcakes and drinks are provided in every party package. We offer Party Princess Pizza, Party Princess Luncheon and other Royal Extras.
My child has a food allergy...what can you do?
Please indicate the food restriction or allergy at booking. We offer sugar free and gluton free cupcakes. Special care will be given to all situations!
Can I change a party package?
All packages are neatly structured and timed. We will be happy to arrange a custom package or add on any Royal Extra to provide the best experience!
What if we/guests are late arriving to the party?
Parties are scheduled based on time, so they start promptly. If guests arrive late they will simply blend in. Extra time may be purchased if it is open.
What if a guest can not attend at the last moment?
Because the party has been based on a specific number, we ask you find a replacement for the cancelled guest. Royal Extras and/or food have been ordered based on the head count. Final count must be given 3 days before the party.
Can we add on as many extras as needed?
All Royal Extras must be added before the party date. Last date to add on is 3 days prior to the party date and time permitting.
Do you offer private parties and reservations?
All parties are private and must be reserved or booked in advance. Information for special parties can be obtained by contacting management.
What should the guests wear to the party?
We recommend guests wear leotards, swimwear, cami and shorts underneath their clothes as the girls will be changing together in an open area. No dressing rooms are provided.
Am I allowed to leave a tip for the hostesses?
It is an optional gratuity, however appreciated.
Can parents participate?
We encourage participation, but remember, the experience is for the child. If parents would like to have food and drink, it can be ordered as a Royal Extras.
Are we allowed to take pictures?
Photos and video are allowed. We will sometimes take photos that are loaded to our website. No identies are given and permission is asked.
